Leaders must delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous retail management experience. Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous retail management experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift
