About The Position

As a Retail Supervisor at Nike, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and guiding your team to achieve sales goals. This role emphasizes product knowledge and customer engagement, ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with your team to support each other and drive success in the store.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.) or 16 years old (U.K.) or 17 years old (Germany/Europe).
  • 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
  • Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
  • Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.

  • Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike's Service Principles.
