The Retail Supervisor for Product Operations at Old Navy plays a crucial role in supporting the store leadership team by executing functional tasks and modeling exemplary selling behaviors. This position focuses on enhancing customer experiences, driving team productivity, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The supervisor will collaborate with the leadership team to foster a positive work environment and promote customer loyalty through effective communication and education about loyalty programs.

  • Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  • Act as a role model for brand's selling behaviors to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support sales leader during non-peak hours with a primary focus on customer engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with employees to ensure timely and efficient completion of work tasks.
  • Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
  • Support completion of work before or after store operating hours, including opening and closing checklists.
  • Leverage omni-channel strategies to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  • Ensure all compliance standards are met.
  • Ability to utilize technology effectively to engage with customers and team to meet goals.
  • Demonstrate interest and initiative towards continuous improvement and growth.
  • Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
  • Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and can lift up to 30 pounds.
