About The Position

As a Retail Supervisor at Old Navy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your primary responsibility will be to perform functional tasks as assigned, while also acting as a mentor and role model to Experts and Brand Associates. This position requires you to focus on leading specific processes and areas of the business, executing tasks efficiently, and maintaining productivity to meet store goals. Collaboration with the leadership team is essential, as you will be teaching and coaching your team to drive behaviors that deliver a best-in-class experience to our customers. In this role, you will consistently treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment. You will promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs and serve as a role model to achieve store priorities with a customer-centric focus. Engaging with customers to drive sales and service through suggestive selling will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will enhance the customer experience by utilizing all omni-channel offerings and will take action based on direction from the Service Leader, collaborating effectively with employees. Additionally, you will support the Service Leader during non-peak hours and build expertise in an assigned specialized functional area. You will also be responsible for supporting the completion of work processes before or after store hours, including opening and closing the store as needed. Accountability to personal goals that contribute to overall store goals and results is expected.
