About The Position

As a Retail Supervisor at PUMA's Las Vegas Flagship store, you will be responsible for providing consistently high standards of customer experience in alignment with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards. Your mission includes ensuring that the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective short- and long-term planning, expense control, and sales and service management. You will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing, results-driven employees. Additionally, you will manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain a highly profitable location while delivering exceptional service to customers. You will also be responsible for managing and communicating merchandise opportunities to the Store and/or Assistant Store Manager, complying with all Policies & Procedures, and maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment. This position requires working non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and may require overtime.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and reason through complex issues.
• Ability to present information to large groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and possess basic computer skills, including MS Office programs.
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

Benefits

• Base pay of $21.00-$24.00/hour + Bonus + Benefits
• Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
