Requirements

• Love for the Lulus brand
• 1-2 years of customer service, stockroom, inventory, or merchandising experience
• A growth mindset that is open to new, unexpected opportunities & challenges
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets with a proactive approach and a drive to achieve results
• The ability to jump into any situation and roll up your sleeves if need be
• Passion for building exceptional customer experiences
• Can prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in an additional language other than English with strong conversational skills
• Experience working in a showroom or high-end retail store

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store, in line with Lulus core values
• Initiates conversation, shares advice and product knowledge to interact with the customer in every zone in a personalized, authentic way
• Utilizes technology to be well informed on events and special offers in-store and online to enhance the customer experience with an omni perspective
• Contributes to an inclusive and people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others
• Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses
• Participates in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer
• Maintains Lulus' visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Supports the shipment process to gain awareness of product and customer needs
• Supports timely execution of product placement and other visual priorities to inspire the customer; participates in maintaining store visual standards
• Actively participates in daily projects; facilitates the sharing of relevant information regarding shipment, restocking, and back-of-house organization
• Takes initiative and works productively with the team to achieve common, collaborative goals; remains flexible as priorities change due to business needs
• Communicates daily with the leadership team on supply needs, flow of shipment, support needs, shipping damages, and box count discrepancies
• Partners with the leadership team to execute organizational standards in back of house and exercises creative decision-making to impact organization and efficiency; keeps all receiving, shipping, stock, supply, and production areas clean and organized
• Adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
• Lead as a brand ambassador, taking pride in the details of your store
