About The Position
The expected salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 USD per year. Reporting to the VP, Retail Media, the Retail Strategy Director leads ecommerce shopping strategy across client brands, developing insight-driven briefs and guiding the creation of effective, results-oriented campaigns. Collaborating closely with creative, media, data, and commerce teams, they ensure strategic alignment across the full funnel—delivering impactful retail experiences that drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and support pitch success.
