Program Management team is seeking an outstanding Program Manager. This team
sits at the center of Retail, supporting key pan-Retail programs, and is
responsible for connecting strategies and plans across teams to drive key
initiatives forward.

The Retail Strategic Initiatives Program Manager will be responsible for
managing significant cross-functional programs related to Apple Retail’s future
store strategy and reinvestment globally. They will be responsible for the
overall management, coordination, and delivery of key initiatives and will serve
as a liaison with cross-functional teams and Leadership across Retail and
broader Apple.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related program management experience
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, priorities and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth and results driven environment
• Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills, has great attention to detail, and a can-do and motivational presence
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a strategy, customer journey, and/or Retail function
• Well versed in Retail and technology innovation, with commitment to staying informed on evolving trends
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Dedication to the delivery of unparalleled customer experience
• Ability to understand and articulate the big picture, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details
• MBA degree a plus
