About The Position

Belstra Milling Company is a world-class feed manufacturing facility. We are currently looking for an outgoing, customer service-oriented retail store warehouse/general labor employee. This opportunity is for a reliable and highly motivated individual. The laborer must work in compliance with all the company policies, local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift, pull and push at least 60-pounds
• Climb ladders and stairs and work at heights with good body balance
• Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, etc.
• Work in a dusty environment
• Withstand exposure to seasonal weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to operate a forklift, no experience necessary – training provided
• Regularly required to talk and listen when interacting with customers and other employees
• Ability to work alone or as a team
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or G.E.D.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Rotate and replenish floor stock
• Inventory control
• Load customer feed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouses
• Willingness to learn about our feed line, in order to answer customer questions
• General grounds keeping tasks such as snow and/or ice removal
• General housekeeping of store and common area
• Capable of completing tasks correctly while focusing on quality, service, and safety
