About The Position

Assist and support the Retail Manager in the successful operation of the Bell and Evans Retail Outlet Store.

Requirements

• Possess the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Strong understanding of basic mathematics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or three years of experience and/or training; or a combination equivalent of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within a retail environment is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive customers in a courteous manner as they enter the store
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
• Display merchandise within the store in a manner that would attract customers
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the store at all times
• Handle all merchandise in safe and secure manner
• Assist customers in payment processes via cash, credit, and/or debit transactions
• Resolve and handle customer issues in an effective manner
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Log and maintain records of sales and inventory
