About The Position

The position is located at 11401 NW 12th St, Suite #D 101A, Miami FL 33172. The role involves partnering with District managers to accomplish store goals and maximize performance. Responsibilities include analyzing results and utilizing customer feedback to drive continuous store improvement, optimizing the consumer experience through leading in-store omni-channel initiatives, and driving sales forecasts and conversion plan goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused retail environment.
  • Minimum 2 years as a store manager or in a supervisor/manager role.
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and customer service experience.
  • Experience driving sales targets and goals.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with District managers on accomplishing store goals and maximizing performance.
  • Analyze results and utilize customer feedback to drive continuous store improvement.
  • Optimize the consumer experience by leading in-store omni-channel initiatives.
  • Drive and meet sales forecast and conversion plan goals.
  • Create and lead a high-performance culture through coaching and setting clear expectations that align with Reebok's Brand values.
  • Lead, recruit, and onboard store associates.
  • Train store associates on product stories and key selling tools to drive overall store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Create a supportive and safe working environment for all associates and customers.
  • Coach store associates on their sales goals.
  • Ensure compliance with established store policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Manage store schedules and ensure compliance with guidelines and budgets.
  • Manage stockroom and replenishment procedures, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.
  • Manage loss prevention as well as health and safety guidelines.
  • Create an environment that drives the Brand strategy, purpose, and values.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping standards are maintained consistently throughout the store.
  • Welcome and engage with customers in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the customer experience and drive continuous improvement plans that ensure customer satisfaction.
