Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail management as a Lead Manager managing a team of 10+ employees (2 years+)
  • Extensive fashion knowledge including familiarity with labels, brands, designers and current trends.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Engage. You get to meet new people, every day! Lead by example greeting each customer with a smile and welcome them to our store. Create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment to shop and work in.
  • Prioritize + Delegate. There will be a lot coming your way – from running breaks to noticing lines- you’ll need to use your team to get everything done and run the store like a well-oiled machine!
  • Be Customer-focused. You will guide your team to help customers learn how we work and try selling! Each customer has different needs and it’s up to your team to help them out.
  • Be a Mentor and Coach. You’ll guide your team members in developing their skills using our training tools and growth plans. Your goal is to support your team!
  • Be Transparent. Have clear and consistent communication with your manager - partnership is a cornerstone of our leadership philosophy- two heads are better than one!
  • Be a Problem-solver. You enjoy finding creative ways to enhance customer experience, employee engagement and overall store performance.
  • Have Integrity. You will act with integrity in words and actions- do the right thing and do it right, even when it’s difficult.
