About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team. This role balances business objectives with people leadership, ensuring compliance with company standards while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities include: Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing top talent Driving sales performance and achieving or exceeding store goals and KPIs Providing regular coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently met Monitoring customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance client experience Leading by example in building strong client relationships and creating a loyal customer base Ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements Creating weekly schedules and manage labor hours effectively Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and recognition

Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisor leadership role
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage teams goals
  • Strong leadership, team development, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Pay Scale: FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $60,000 - $70,000 plus monthly and quarterly bonuses for store performance. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
