You'll help our customers find the perfect piece, offering personalized service that exceeds their expectations. Purposeful Objectives: You'll work with KPIs, individual and group goals where your performance and that of your team will be key to our common success. We'll provide you with the necessary tools and celebrate every victory together. Team Leader: Build and develop a stellar team, promoting an environment of continuous learning, camaraderie, and motivation. You'll be the role model! Space Care: Our store is our temple, and your role is crucial in keeping it impeccable: opening/closing, cleaning, visual merchandising, and much more. You won't get bored! Stock and Inventory Management: Control stock with precision and proactive strategies to ensure the best sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience of at least a minimum of 3 years in retail, managing teams, working with personalized attention and sales objectives.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish is essential.
- Flexible schedule to work Sunday to Saturday in rotating shifts.
- A person with a strong customer orientation, goal achievement, and great motivation to grow and develop their professional career.
