The Role The Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, team performance, and customer experience at a Where Ya Bin location. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role that requires strong operational discipline, people leadership, and consistent accountability to company standards. You'll oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure the store runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
