As a Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team, drive business results, and foster an environment rooted in connection, authenticity, and excellence. We are currently seeking a professional and results-driven full-time Store Manager for our store location in Lake Arrowhead, CA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of retail sales & customer service leadership experience preferred (or 7+ years of retail management experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and exceed goals
  • Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with financial statements, payroll budgets, and performance metrics
  • Tech-comfortable: proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher), POS systems, inventory/order software, and video conferencing tools
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, training, or store support
  • Able to meet physical demands of retail including lifting up to 40 lbs., standing/walking for extended periods, and occasional ladder use

Responsibilities

  • Lead all store operations to drive sales, profitability, and outstanding customer service
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of assistant managers and sales associates
  • Set daily, weekly, and long-term goals to meet or exceed financial and operational targets
  • Execute business strategies and local marketing efforts to increase revenue and customer engagement
  • Maintain operational excellence in inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics (UPT, ADS, conversion), and take proactive actions
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee development
  • Communicate regularly with Area Managers and internal teams to align on priorities and performance
  • Take ownership of budget management and store expense control
  • Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives as needed
