We are looking for a Store Manager to join the team!
After 200 years of success and becoming one of the largest footwear companies in the world we are excited to introduce our new concept store: Cloudsteppers. This new concept will showcase our Cloudstepper footwear collection alongside apparel and accessories.

• Prior management experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures.
• Exemplify the Cloudstepper Brand.
• Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a visually compelling environment.
• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
