Requirements

Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members
Excellent communication skills
Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
May be required by the local jurisdiction where a store is situated to provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages / tobacco products. Failure to comply and/or qualify for such license can lead to demotion or separation of employment.
