About The Position

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. This role involves managing and overseeing all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability, delegating store activities for smooth daily operations, and leading, training, and developing store associates. Key responsibilities include providing a positive shopping experience, safeguarding company assets, building strong community relationships through outreach, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and implementing operational and merchandising directions from corporate headquarters. The position is full-time. As a manager, you may be required by local jurisdictions to provide detailed background information to obtain specialized licenses for selling alcoholic beverages or tobacco products. Failure to comply or qualify for such a license can lead to demotion or separation of employment. Requirements

  • Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
  • Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
