Requirements

Experienced retail leader with at least 3 years of supervisory experience, focused on driving sales, developing talent, and motivating teams to perform at a high level.
Skilled in coaching and developing others, managing operations, and maintaining visual and inventory standards.
Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a focus on results and execution.
