About The Position

This role involves taking the lead at the center of AT&T's retail stores, combining retail knowledge and leadership skills to oversee store operations, manage and develop a team, and ensure customers experience best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. The manager will oversee all aspects of daily store operation, including merchandising, product launches, and meeting sales objectives, while providing an extraordinary customer experience. The position includes best-in-class paid training for leadership success and involves coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals. AT&T, founded by Alexander Graham Bell, has been innovating for nearly 150 years, connecting families, communities, and businesses with products and services like 5G and Fiber.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
