About The Position

We’re seeking a Store Manager to join our team to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, developing associates, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail management experience preferred
  • Ability to drive results while building strong relationships with team members
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
  • Store Managers are scheduled for a 48-hour workweek and are expected to maintain a visible leadership presence in the store.
  • Opening the store approximately two shifts per week
  • Closing the store approximately two shifts per week
  • Working one weekend per month, depending on staffing and business needs
  • Store Managers may adjust their schedules as needed to support staffing, operational priorities, and peak business periods.
  • As a manager, you may be required by the local jurisdiction where a store is situated to provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages / tobacco products. Failure to comply and/or qualify for such license can lead to demotion or separation of employment.

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations to maximize sales and profitability
  • Oversee and delegate daily store activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Lead, train, and develop store associates while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
  • Deliver a positive and welcoming customer experience
  • Safeguard company assets and maintain operational standards
  • Build strong relationships within the community through outreach and local partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Execute operational and merchandising initiatives communicated from corporate leadership
