About The Position
Nambe' is opening our first retail location in the thriving shopping center of Inwood Village and is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our store. As a Retail Store Manager at Nambe', you will be responsible for creating a customer-centric environment while ensuring the highest standards of service and performance are achieved. You will lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to help them succeed in their roles. Your strategic mindset and strong leadership skills will enable you to drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain an inviting and visually appealing store layout.
