Requirements

• Must have 3 years of experience in retail sales with a minimum of 1 year experience managing people in a retail and service or equivalent environment
• Must demonstrate a proven track record of recruiting high-performing and accountable teams
• A true passion for helping people and creating a positive client experience
• Knowledge of high-end luxury products and accessories
• Highly organized with focus on execution, problem solving and improving processes
• Confident and professional verbal and written communication in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Exhibits strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
• Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
• Exceptional time management skills and accountability
• Team player with an ability to work collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Maintain an efficient and highly functional studio, ensuring that the team is meeting a high standard of client service
• Consistently seek ways to improve the client experience by designing and implementing efficiency improvement initiatives
• Recruit, hire and retain Client Service Specialist and Procurement Specialist. Provide sufficient staffing for Studio needs at all times
• Partner with Neiman's teams to create a working relationship. Attend Store or Leadership meetings as a representative of Fashionphile
• Work with Neiman's to generate business for both companies, this includes educating Neiman's associates about Fashionphile. Participate in new hire orientation
• Deliver consistent feedback of performance and conduct quarterly, mid-year and annual employee reviews, as well in-the-moment coaching and one-on-ones
• Learn the overall roles and functions of all departments including Procurement, Client Experience, Receiving and Shipping
• Utilize ADMIN Calendar to schedule appointments to maximize Studio productivity and flow
• Stay up to date on Fashionphile services, policies and procedures and communicate any updates to the Studio team
• Immediate and open communication to resolve all client concerns, complaints and inquiries within a timely manner
• Create quotes for Studio clients using employee's experience, training manuals and provided guides to identify the brand, style, and store price and create appropriate consignment and/or buyout offers that adhere to current buying strategies
• Communicate effectively any announcements, updates, guidance to Studio team as relayed by management and HQ
• Create a positive environment of accountability at every level, setting the pace by showing strong follow-through and constant coaching of all Showroom personnel
• Participate in cross-training and be flexible to perform varying roles whenever necessary
• Meets studio daily, weekly and monthly goals
