About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day store operations according to SAS philosophy and standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in all areas of sales and service.
  • Direct and manage employees, promoting a positive team spirit.
  • Lead, coach, and direct employees to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Set expectations and communicate regularly with staff.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and goals.
  • Evaluate employee performance through written and verbal feedback.
  • Hold associates accountable for their duties and development.
  • Manage store operational and maintenance requirements.
  • Accountable for all inventories, finances, and assets within the store.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and control expenditures.
  • Communicate and enforce policies and procedures effectively.
  • Work with the District Manager to set goals and increase store volume.
  • Maintain and suggest adjustments to inventory levels.
  • Implement Grass Roots marketing programs to promote the store.
  • Interview and hire sales associates with assistance from DM and HR.
  • Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with staff and customers.
  • Exercise confidentiality in all matters.
