Your Role: As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, making things happen day in and day out.

  • 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
  • Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
  • A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
