About The Position

The Retail Store Manager at Ollie's Bargain Outlet is responsible for leading the store's operations, ensuring financial oversight, and fostering a positive team environment. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor's degree related to Business Management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with retail management at companies like Walmart, Roses, Bed Bath and Beyond, Big Lots, Tractor Supply, and Rural King.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, including management of payroll budgets, expenses, and shrink reduction.
• Demonstrate exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences, ensuring company standards are met in every interaction.
• Execute company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes.
• Coach, train, develop, evaluate, supervise, and schedule store associates to meet business needs and staffing budgets.
• Maintain proper security of the store location and all company assets.
