About The Position

As a Retail Store Manager at Spectrum, you will empower a team to exceed goals while showing a keen interest in their development and professional growth. You will collaborate with peers to build high-performing teams through best practice sharing, coach and develop sales reps to reach their personal and professional goals, and ensure store success by building positive customer relationships while utilizing probing techniques to overcome obstacles. You will be supported by experienced territory management, a performance-driven culture, training, and career development opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Experience working inside a retail store environment.
• High level of comfort with personal technology.
• Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• 1-3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
