About The Position

As a Retail Store Manager at Spectrum, you will empower a team to exceed goals while showing a keen interest in their development and professional growth. You will be part of a Retail Sales team that operates over 700 store locations, providing state-of-the-art solutions including Spectrum Internet®, mobile, TV, and voice services. Your role will involve inspiring your team, sharing your expertise, and cultivating creativity in an incentive-based work environment. Your efforts will positively impact the community by expanding customer access to Spectrum's leading services.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Experience working inside a retail store environment
  • High level of comfort with personal technology
  • Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • 1-3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
