About The Position

We opened an Outlet Store in Silver Sands Premium Outlets and we are seeking an experienced store manager who is customer service driven to come work for us. The Store Manager is responsible for all aspect of store operations, including but not limited to, achieving sales plans, conducting hiring and training of all associates, managing and motivating their team, and ensuring customer service, inventory and visual standards are consistently achieved or exceeded.
