About The Position
We are currently looking for the right Retail Store Manager to join our Team! This position offers a competitive wage plus a bonus based on the store's performance! The successful Store Managers' actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience. A Store Manager will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store and promoting a positive/productive environment. A Store Manager will lead, coach, and develop store employees. A Store Manager will recruit and retain top talent. A Store Manager will be responsible for maximizing financial goals and managing Customer Relations / Customer Satisfaction. Leading by example and promoting our company values, the Store Manager sets the tone for a customer-centric environment. The Store Manager will be required to analyze the store's financial statements to ensure financial goals are met and adjust as necessary.
