About The Position

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring profitability, exceptional customer service, inventory management and efficient supervision of staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 1+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Assistant Store Managers and Retail Store Consultants to accomplish sales, customer satisfaction and operational goals.
  • Ensure the store meets sales performance, profitability targets and high levels of customer satisfaction through coaching and training of employees.
  • Maintain and manage optimal inventory levels at store location.
  • Complete accounting and reports associated with sales, receipts and prices.
  • Maintain the corporate standard of store appearance.
  • Implement direct sales merchandising promotions.
