Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs.
• Deliver sales and profit plans in conjunction with annual performance objectives.
• Manage the store team to achieve their role KPIs and execute customer brand promises.
• Implement and lead shrink and safety programs to meet goals.
• Utilize company tools to set, prioritize, and communicate goals to team members and customers.
• Hire, train, observe, and coach team members to achieve results and develop talent for advancement.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and maintain operational understanding of all store departments.
• Interact positively and respectfully with team members and customers, promoting the organization's vision and values.
