The Store Leader greets and acknowledges all customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to provide a positive shopping experience. Additionally, the Store Leader is responsible for interviewing, selecting, hiring, training, and evaluating the performance of all team members, administering disciplinary actions as necessary, and continually evaluating performance issues while actively recruiting leadership candidates. The Store Leader also ensures a clean, fun, and safe environment for both teammates and customers, maintains financial controls, develops creative plans to increase store sales, and ensures that the store appearance meets company standards.
