About The Position
The General Manager will lead their team to fulfill Blick's commitment to customers, the Arts, and local communities by exhibiting exceptional teamwork, boundless curiosity, and utmost care. Responsibilities include supervising and training store management and associates, maintaining customer relationships, driving revenue through outstanding customer service, managing inventory, ensuring safety and compliance, and overseeing store financial performance.
