The position involves maintaining a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, which includes ensuring cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver the Brand Promises. The role requires delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store, and helping them find what they're looking for. Responsibilities include collecting and disposing of trash, dusting and mopping floors, moving equipment and products for proper cleaning, and deep cleaning key areas of the store such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways. The employee must keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly, notify the supervisor of supply needs, and take initiative to seek out areas requiring cleaning. Additional tasks may include providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, engaging customers on the benefits of the Rewards program, assisting with Omni channel processes, participating in truck unloading and stocking, and supporting shrink and safety programs. The employee must adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
