About The Position

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer for floor maintenance.
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for the entire store, including Sales Floor, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
• Refill essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End as per health and safety policies.
• Support and respond to Front End coverage needs.
• Participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures, including meal and break period policies.
• Participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
