Retail and sales experience are highly preferred as this job demands active listening, patience, self-driven research, tasking, objection handling, negotiating skills, creative problem-solving, and sometimes denying sales based on various factors; we may operate a register but cashiers we are not! Merchandising and accurately selling inventory are required skills, and basic math and money-handling will be used often. Existing knowledge of our products is a plus, but not required as we want you to learn something new. Everyone here learns more than they thought there was to know: old heads, newbies, and nonsmokers alike! We work nights, weekends, and holidays together so we can be open almost every day of the year. Morning and weekday shifts are also available.
