The Role: Selkirk Sport is looking for a Full-Time Retail Store Associate to join our Meridian team. In this role, you aren’t just working a register—you are the face of the market leader in pickleball. You will become a product expert, guiding customers through our premium gear, leading on-court demonstrations, and ensuring our showroom always looks its best.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be active on your feet and demonstrate athletic equipment
- High level of reliability and punctuality
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail/hospitality
- Familiarity with the Boise/Meridian sports community
- A genuine interest in learning the fastest-growing sport in the US
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to help players of all levels find the right equipment.
- Lead beginner clinics and equipment demos (we will train you on the sport!).
- Handle opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, and inventory management.
- Keep the store environment reflecting the premium Selkirk brand standards.
