Retail Store Associate (Sales, Stockroom & Deliveries)
About The Position

One day you might be stocking new home goods, the next helping customers find hidden gems or loading up the box truck for deliveries. At ReWrap Thrift Store, we pride ourselves on offering a rotating selection of one-of-a-kind, gently loved items that are affordably priced and easy to browse. Every purchase supports the work that Wraparound does everyday to support youth and families in Maryland and Delaware. We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Retail Store Associate who’s ready to jump in wherever needed — on the sales floor, in the stockroom, or out making deliveries. If you like staying busy, enjoy working with people, and have a good eye for great deals, this job’s for you!
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license is required (CDL's not needed)
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable, positive, and ready to work as part of a team
- Ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs. and being on your feet most of the day
- Great attitude, strong communication and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, warehouse, or delivery experience is a preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them find awesome deals
- Keep shelves stocked, displays fresh, and the store looking great
- Run the register and handle purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Share product info and help customers score the best bargains
- Unload trucks, unpack shipments, and get new inventory ready for the floor
- Tag, price, and organize merchandise
- Keep the backroom neat, safe, and running smoothly
- Safely operate the store’s box truck for local deliveries or pickups
- Load and unload items carefully
- Represent our store with friendly, professional customer service on every delivery
