Requirements

• Minimum of High School education,
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Team player
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
• Basic mathematical skills as needed to make change and give refunds
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they enter and thank them when they exit, informing them about specials or new items and answering questions.
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Restock shelves and display areas as needed.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints
• Monitor PAR levels for all retail items to ensure proper levels.
• Assist with End of month inventories.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
