Requirements

  • High school degree or GED required.
  • Minimum of twelve months of equivalent experience in a related field required (e.g. Customer Service, Retail, Sales, etc.)
  • Ability to operate a cash register, calculator, telephone, and personal computer, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Operating the POS system
  • Assisting with customer inquiries
  • Recommending product improvements
  • Performing tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and store upkeep
  • Maintaining company policies and procedures
  • Learning other functions throughout the store
  • Expanding knowledge and skills including but not limited to product knowledge and selling strategies.
