About The Position

Retail Stocking Associate JOB SUMMARY: To provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer by maintaining inventory levels and organizing the retail sales floor. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The below listing of essential functions is not an inclusive listing of all duties that may be requested to be performed by supervisor or manager. Stocking and arranging products neatly on shelves and racks Rotating older stock to ensure it is sold first Receive and process stock by unloading deliveries, ensuring accuracy and store items accordingly Assist with inventory management by researching discrepancies and submitting inventory location reports. Accurately count inventory and perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory is properly verified and reflective of reported inventory Collaborate with store employees, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The below listing of essential and periodic functions is not an inclusive listing of all duties that may be required to be performed. Assist customers by locating products, information about items and maintaining a helpful and friendly presences on the sales floor Perform returns and shipping assistance as requested. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must be at least 16 years old. 1-2 years of responsible retail experience preferred Stocking/Merchandising experience desired (Sales Floor, Warehouse, Receiving) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and accuracy Outgoing, friendly, positive and customer focused Ability to maintain inventory systems Ability to work weekdays and weekends PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• 1-2 years of responsible retail experience preferred
