About The Position
The ideal logistics processor is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day. This role involves receiving, unloading, and unpacking freight, delivering merchandise to selling departments, and fulfilling customer orders according to quality standards. It also includes preparing and shipping customer orders, utilizing inventory management systems, and assisting in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms. General store support, such as setting up special events, organizing backrooms, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures, is also part of the role. Success in this position requires a high level of ownership, accountability, initiative, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, along with organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using various technology and computer applications. The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs is essential.

Responsibilities
- Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processes
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Provide general support to the store, e.g. setting up special events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures
