General store support, such as setting up special events, organizing backrooms, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures, is also part of the role. Success in this position requires a high level of ownership, accountability, initiative, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, along with organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using various technology and computer applications. The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs is essential.
