About The Position
The ideal logistics processor is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and unloading freight, unpacking, and delivering newly arrived merchandise to various selling departments. You will fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while adhering to quality standards, ensuring that every order meets the expectations of our customers. Additionally, you will prepare and ship customer orders, following strict quality, packing, and shipping standards to maintain the integrity of our products. Utilizing inventory management systems, you will scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processes. This role also involves assisting in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms, which is crucial for providing a pleasant shopping experience. You will provide general support to the store, which may include setting up special events, organizing the backroom, managing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures as needed. This position requires a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative, as you will be expected to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills and attention to detail. The logistics processor role is essential to our operations, and you will be expected to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. A flexible schedule based on business needs is also a requirement, as the demands of the store may vary throughout the week.
