This role involves managing both back-of-house and sales floor operations, collaborating with team members to ensure customers can find their desired coffees and products in the retail boutique. The position requires strong organizational skills to deliver an ultimate customer experience and drive productivity through preparation and organization.

Requirements

• Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Patience for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment and are resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot
• Ability to meet the role's physical requirements including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods of time, and climbing ladders

Responsibilities

• Process all inbound and outbound stock shipments
• Assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and product transfers
• Maintain organization to ensure products are easily located for the sales team
• Replenish merchandise within the boutique
• Assist the sales floor as needed
• Take part in maintaining a safe boutique environment
• Ensure cleanliness
• Demonstrate loss prevention efforts
