About The Position

As a Retail Stock Associate at our Shops @ Bruckner Blvd location, you will play a crucial role in executing operational and merchandising processes that enhance the customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom and sales floor, ensuring that our brand comes to life for our customers. This position is essential in building brand loyalty and delivering productivity while maximizing sales growth and profitability. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing shipments, stocking merchandise, and supporting various areas of the store, including the sales floor, fitting room, and checkout. You will assist in executing the store's merchandising floor plans and leverage omni-channel offerings to create a seamless customer experience. Your awareness of current products across all departments will be vital in providing excellent service and support to both internal and external customers. We are looking for individuals who are good communicators, capable of utilizing technology effectively to engage with team members and customers. You should be a problem solver focused on continuous improvement, always eager to learn and open to feedback. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to handle interactions and potential issues with professionalism and courtesy. Flexibility in your schedule is important, as you may be required to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, or late-night shifts depending on store needs.
