The stand lead is responsible for both transactional level interaction with guests by providing a customer service experience that exceeds the customer's expectations, as well as basic supervisory responsibilities for a location within a venue on event day, or day-to-day staff management. They will perform several day-to-day tasks related to standard retail operations, staff oversight, and additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
