Requirements

Are a passionate cyclist, you love the sport and want to share that enthusiasm with others.
Have knowledge of e-bikes, MTB, gravel, road, or other cycling disciplines (or are excited to learn).
Provide warm, engaging customer service and enjoy talking all things bikes.
Are comfortable working with diverse groups and all ages.

Nice To Haves

Have retail or cash handling experience (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of (or are eager to learn about) Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the local cycling community.

Responsibilities

Provide a positive representation of Hoback Sports and JHMR
Deliver exceptional customer service to riders of all experience levels.
Use your passion to sell e-bikes, mountain bikes, gravel, road, and all cycling categories, matching guests with the right gear for their goals.
Practice and develop effective, authentic sales techniques.
Maintain high-level merchandising and store presentation standards.
Assist with inventory control, restocking, and product organization.
Merchandise new product and restock current assortments.
Process customer returns, vendor warranties, and damaged goods.
