About The Position

This role will encompass the purchasing, displaying and selling of products in our retail environment and coverage in Agora Cafe. Key Responsibilities: Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service Managing cash tills and deposits, product, ordering, customer service Reorder product to maintain stock in store, research and order new product Research trends in product and merchandising to further enhance the store at Think Oversee in-store promotional events and/or displays Carry out product recommendations and special orders for patients, customers and employees Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise Deal with complaints from customers to maintain Thinks reputation Track sales and inventory working closely with Logistics, Accounting and IT (Square) to ensure accuracy and proper planning Assist shoppers using excellent customer service, provide product recommendations. Demonstrate knowledge of Square point of sale software, entering new products, running reports, maintaining and adjusting product information, etc. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share Maintain relationships with vendors, bring in new suppliers as needed Cover cafe baristas responsibilities, as needed Assist shoppers using excellent customer service, provide product recommendations. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years retail experience
  • 1+ year experience in ordering merchandise, displaying, and inventory
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume restaurant required.
  • Must be able to: Lift up to fifty (50) pounds
  • Stand 80% or longer of an 8-hour workday.
  • Walk 40% of an 8-hour workday.
  • Requires employee to: Bend, squat, kneel and reach above shoulder level occasionally.
  • Requires repetitive use of hands for: Simple grasping, fine manipulation
  • Requires all sensory skills (speech, vision, smell, touch, and hearing) corrected to near normal range.
